“理实交融、协同创新”的理念在半导体物理课程改革中的探究

摘要

在迅速发展的经济浪潮中，人才是决定经济发展的推动力量。而人才的培养在于高校。本文以半导体物理课程为例，探究如何在教学工作中贯穿“理实交融、协同创新”的理念，切实提升高校学生在未来工作中的核心竞争力。以关系国家和区域重大需求为导向，打破理论和实践的界限，凝练研究方向，结合学科研究特色，提出可持续发展的课程改革方式。有机结合教学科研以及应用，对于国家科技进步和经济发展有着重要的作用。

Abstract:

In the rapid development of the economic tide，talent is to determine the driving force of the economic development．The cultivation of talents lies in colleges and universities．It takes the course of semiconductor physics as an example to explore how to carry out the concept of“integrating truth and reality，collaborating with innovation”in teaching work，so as to effectively enhance the core competitiveness of college students in future work．Guided by the important needs of the country and the region，breaking the boundary between theory and practice，summarizing the research direction and combining the characteristics of the subject research，this paper puts forward the curriculum reform mode of the sustainable development．The organic combination of teaching，scientific research and application plays an important role in national scientific and technological progress and economic development．
