基于几何画板软件的热敏电阻温度计参数优化

摘要 

“热敏电阻温度计的设计与标定”实验,是我校理工科学生必修的设计性研究性实验。文章用几何画板软件对实验设计过程进行了优化,提高了实验设计效率,在短时间内得到所用元器件的参数大小( 以 t= 25.0 ℃为例) : 电源 E= 2.009 V、Rs= 5 000 Ω、R1= R2= 3 375 Ω,这样的参数组合使热敏电阻温度计可测温 25.0 ℃ ~75.0 ℃、微安表流过的电流和温度的线性关系达到了最优状态。同时计算出了该参数条件下,测温全区间内,热敏电阻上的功率大小,最大功率 0.434 8 m W,远小于上限值 1 m W,说明设计是成功的。

Abstract: 

The experiment of Design and Calibration of Thermistor Thermometer is a required design and research experiment for science and engineering students in our university. The Geometer’s Sketchpad was used to optimize the experimental design process,which improved the efficiency of experimental design and obtained the parameters of the components in a short time ( t = 25.0 ℃ as an example) : Power supply E = 2.009 V, Rs = 5 000 Ω,R1= R2 = 3 375 Ω,such a combination of parameters make thermistor thermometer can measure the temperature 25. 0 ℃ ~ 75. 0 ℃ ,the linear relationship between the current of the micro-ammeter and temperature has reached the optimal state. At the same time,the maximum power of the thermistor is 0.434 8 m W,which is far less than the maximum power of 1 m W,proving that the design is successful.
