According to references，the lower cost graphite oxide powder was used as raw material，DMF was used as solvent，and the graphene quantum dots were prepared by solvothermal method． The products were tested by transmission electron microscope and Ｒaman spectrum，which fully proved that the experiment was successful．Then we use the excellent conductivity of graphene quantum dots to apply the prepared graphene quantum dots to all inorganic perovskite solar cells． Compared with the control group，the current density and photoelectric conversion efficiency have been significantly improved．
