The imbalanced injection mold with microstructure was developed．Through the injection and filling experiment，the experimental phenomenon of imbalanced filling was found．Combined with numerical simulation analysis，through the analysis of the temperature field of the runner and the gate，the students have a fundamental understanding of the reasons for the formation of imbalanced filling．
