Abstract
The cavity temperature of semiconductor laser is monitored by laser self-mixing interferometry, whichis very important to ensure the good operation of laser.Compared with the traditional laser temperaturemonitoring method, this method has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, strong operability andexpansibility in experimental teaching, which enrich the experimental teaching content, improve studentsexperimental ability in scientific research and strengthen students’ divergent thinking.
