A new type of viscosity coefficient measuring instrument was designed．The device was equipped with two coaxial transparent acrylic tubes as the main structure of the experiment，and auxiliary measuring instruments such as buoys and double Hall sensors． Through research and experiment on castor oil viscosity coefficient，the best measurement area suitable for the measuring instrument was selected． The experimental results and errors were analyzed，and the expected experimental results were achieved．
