基于虚拟仪器的微小位移测量实验

摘要
大学物理实验课堂中的通常采用迈克尔逊干涉仪进行微小位移测量,本文利用高灵敏度光电探测器、数据采集卡、精密电控平移台、计算机组成控制、光电转换、数据采集硬件系统,基于LabVIEW 软件编写交互式数据采集和数据处理、存储和显示软件,实现对微小位移的自动测量,测量最小误差可达到 0.27%。

Abstract:
University physics experiment classroom usually uses Michelson interferometer for microdisplacement measurement ,it uses high-sensitivity photodetectors , data acquisition cards, precision electroniccontrol panning tables, computer composition control, photoelectric conversion, data acquisition hardwaresystem, based on LabVIEW software to achieve automatic measurement of micro displacement, with theminimum measurement error of 0.27%%.
