基于LabVIEW 的热敏电阻测量虚拟仿真实验

摘要 

以惠斯通电桥为基础,用 LabVIEW 成功搭建“热敏电阻测量”虚拟仿真实验平台。 对负温度系数热敏电阻进行研究,实现了重要参数A 值和 B值的连续可调。 在仿真实验中,通过改变实验温度测得对应的热敏电阻阻值,并实时记录在“数据采集与分析”模块。 仿真平台可自动对实验数据进行拟合,直接显示出热敏电阻的温度曲线及其斜率和截距的具体数值,并计算出 A 值和 B 值。 多次仿真结果显示,所测热敏电阻 A值和 B 值的相对误差均在 1.0%以下,具有较高精度。 该虚拟仿真实验平台实现了传统实验室的全部功能,具有良好的可视化效果,其设计思路可推广到其他实验。

Abstract: 

Based on the Wheatstone bridge , the virtual simulation experiment platform of “ hermistormeasurement"was successfully built by using labVIEW.The thermistor with a negative temperature coeficientis selected as the research object, and the platform realizes the continuous adjustment of two important parameters , A value and B value.During the virtual simulation process , the user measures the correspondingthermistor resistance by changing the experimental temperature , and records it in the “ data acquisition andanalysis odule in real-time. Subsequently, the simulation platform can automatically perform fitting of theexperimental data ,directly display the temperature curve of the thermistor in real-time , give the specific valuesof its slope and intercept, and finally, calculate the A value and B value.The results of multiple simulationsshow that the relative error of the measured thermistor A value and B value is below 1.0% , which has highaccuracy.The virtual simulation experiment has successfully realized all the functions of “ thermistor measurement in the laboratory" and possesses a good visualization effect.lts design ideas can be applied to theconstruction of other experiment virtual simulation platforms.
