基于PASCO平台的旋光性溶液浓度测量及应用研究

摘要 

基于PASCO平台设计出测量葡萄糖和蔗糖溶液旋光率和浓度的实验装置,通过激光器、偏振片、光强传感器等分立的装置可以观察到实验光路布局,有助于学生加深对旋光性溶液测量原理的理解。 将转动传感器和光强传感器连接到计算机,能够准确找出旋光度和光强极值位置并读取测量值,避免人为操作可能产生的位置不精准和读数偏差。 与旋光仪测量相比,结果表明利用PASCO 平台分立的装置可以有效地减小误差。 在此基础上,该实验装置可拓展应用于实时在线测量及监测流动的旋光性液体浓度。

Abstract: 

An experimental device for measuring optical activity and concentration of glucose and sucrosesolutions was designed based on the PASCO platform.The experimental optical path layout could be observedthrough discrete devices such as laser, polarizer and light intensity sensor, which helped students to deepentheir understanding of the principle of optical activity solution measurement.By connecting the rotation sensorand light intensity sensor to the computer, the optical rotation and light intensity extremes can be accuratelyocated and the measured values can be read ,avoiding the possible position imprecision and reading deviationcaused by manual operation.Compared with the measurement of gyroscope, the results show that the discretedevice using PASCO platform can effectively reduce the error.On this basis,the experimental device can beextended to real-time on-line measurement and monitoring of flowing optically active liquid concentration.
