金属电阻温度系数测定的实验技术改进

摘要 

实现准确控温是金属电阻温度系数测定的关键。本文基于 PTC 加热片、单片机、温度传感器、金属空腔等组成温制装置,实现对漆包铜线的加热、控温和测温,改进后的实验装置温控准确,实验数据线性性好,线性相关系数 R2达到0.999以上,且更接近于理论值。

Abstract: 

Accurate temperature control is the key to measuring the temperature coefficient of metal resistance.Based on a temperature control device composed of PTC heating plate,micro-controller,temperature sensor,metal cavity,etc.,to achieve heating,temperature control,and temperature measurement of enameled copper wire.The improved experimental device has accurate temperature control,good linearity of experimental data.Linear correlation coefficient R 2 is over 0.999,and the measurement result is much closer to the theoretical value.
