Voice Recognition by Digital Oscilloscope

Abstract
Oscilloscopes are widely used in college physics experiment teaching. Compared with traditional analog oscilloscopes,digital oscilloscopes convert input analog signals into digital signals for display.It designs a new comprehensive experiment for human voice recognition using a digital oscilloscope.In the experiment,the piezoelectric ceramic sheet was attached to the tester’s throat near the vocal cords.After the vibration of the vocal cords was converted into electrical signals,a digital oscilloscope was used to analyze the tester’s sound characteristics.On this basis,a voice sample database containing multiple testers is established,and the voice recognition of a specific tester is realized by comparing the tester’s voice frequency.This experiment broadens the experimental teaching content of oscilloscope and achieves good teaching effect.
