Research on Measurement of Glycerol Concentration Based on Viscosity Coefficient Experiment

Abstract
It is often necessary to measure the concentration of viscous liquid in processing and production.Taking glycerol as an example,the viscosity coefficient experiment device is adopted,and the powerful data processing and graphic visualization function of matlab is used to carry out data fitting for the viscosity coefficient of glycerol of different concentrations measured,and the relationship between concentration and viscosity coefficient is obtained.Moreover,the viscosity coefficient of 99% concentration that is not involved in data fitting is substituted into the fitting relation,the calculated concentration is compared with the known
concentration,the relative error is given,and the fitting relation is tested. The results show that the fitting relation can be used to measure the concentration of unknown glycerol,and the method can be extended to other viscous liquids.
