“Courses for ideological and political education”is a new measure for colleges to implement the fundamental task of cultivating people with moral integrity，all-round education，and improve the quality of personnel training．As a new teaching idea and mode，people pay much attention to the integration of ideological and political education into curriculum teaching．As an example，we expound the idea of integrating the concept of “cultivating people by virtue”in the experiment teaching of measure the electromotive force of the battery with the potentiometer． The whole teaching process embodies the organic integration of knowledge impart，scientific literacy and practical ability training，as well as value leading education and teaching philosophy．
