Abstract
lt studies the effect of pull-off velocity on the accuracy of water surface tension coefficientmeasurement. The result shows that the measured surface tension coefficient of water will be smaller when alarger pull-off velocity is applied. lt leads to greater experimental error. The relatively slow pull-off speed isconducive to improving the measurement accuracy of the experiment. At the same time, COMSOL simulationmethod is used to analyze the morphology of water film before and after pull-off. lt is discussed of the relationship between different pull-off speed and the morphology of water film. And then, a reasonableexplanation is given to the experimental results. lt provides an experimental basis for accurately measuring the surface tension coefficient of water.
