改装数字万用表测量三极管hFE 参数教学模式探讨

摘要
为了提升基础实验部分的数字电表改装实验教学效果,结合实验实际操作中的经验与体会,以面向没有系统学习过电子技术专业相关课程的物理系学生为主,将数字万用表改装实验中的“测量三级管hFE 参数”部分的教学过程进行进一步改进,进而优化教学效果,使此阶段的物理系学生更容易接受电子元件相关参数测量方面的实验,增进学生对数字电表改装及其应用的理解与认识。

Abstract:
In order to improve the teaching effect of modified digital multimeter experiment in the basic physics experiment, combined with the experience in the actual experiment’s operation, the teaching process of the “Measuring the transistor’s hFE parameter” part of the digital multimeter modification experiment is further improved, especially for the physics students who have not studied the related electronic technology courses systematically. Also, the teaching effect has been optimized, making the experiments measuring the parameters of electronic components more acceptable for the students majoring in physics at this stage and enhancing students' understanding of modified digital multimeter and its application.
