一种测量非线性电容的方法

摘要 

测量放电电容的常用方法是李萨茹图形法,这种方法需准确确定李萨茹图形相邻边斜率。但由于李萨茹图形不总是规则的平行四边形,难以准确确定相邻边斜率。本文提出了一种新的测量放电电容的方法—电容概率直方图法。利用电容概率直方图法计算放电电容步骤如下:(1)对实采电压信号进行非线性内插;(2)对内插后的数据进行 S-G 平滑处理(平滑窗口点数 200,多项式阶数为 2);(3)选择合适筛选区间和统计周期个数。最后验证了利用此方法测量放电电容的可信性。

Abstract: 

A common method for measuring discharge capacitance is Lissajous figure method,which required precise the slopes of adjacent sides of the Lissajious figure.Since Lissajious figures are not always regular parallelograms,It is difficult to determine the slopes of adjacent sides.A new capacitance probability histogram method is proposed to calculate the volume discharge load capacitance of the electrode gap. Using the capacitance probability histogram method to calculate the volume discharge load capacitance are as follows: (1)perform nonlinear interpolation on the actually collected data to ensure that the voltage data has the same data points in each full cycle;(2)Savitzky-Golay smoothing is performed on the interpolated voltage data,and the appropriate smoothing window points (200)and polynomial order (2)should be selected during smoothing;(3)choose the right screening interval and the statistical period. The reliability of measuring discharge capacitance by this method is verified.
