摘要 

本文设计了一种以晶闸管为主控元件的过流保护电路,介绍了电路的工作原理,并对其限流值和保护延迟时间进行了实验和分析。本电路简单有效,灵敏度、可靠性和稳定性高,可用于各种电学实验仪器的过流和短路保护。

Abstract: 

In this paper, an overcurrent protection circuit using a thyristor as the main control component was designed. The working principle was introduced, and the current limiting value as well as the protection delay time were tested and analyzed. The circuit is simple and effective, meantime with high sensitivity, reliability and stability. It can be applied in various electrical experimental devices for over current and short circuit protection.
