摘要
迈克尔逊干涉仪是测量微小长度的精密仪器。实验中,测量等倾干涉条纹个数是重要环节。为了实现单片机自动计数,对干涉条纹的采集和处理是前提条件。本文详细介绍了等倾干涉条纹,以及对它的采集与处理方法。

Abstract:
Michelson interferometers are precision instruments that measure tiny lengths.The counting of the isohedral interference fringe produced by Michelson interferometer is an important step in measurement.In order to realize SCM automatic counting ,the acquisition and interference fringe is the precondition. In this paper,the isodip interference fringe ang its collection and resolutin are introduced in detail.
