In response to the unique characteristics of the chip-related disciplines, we are innovating ourphysical course teaching models and systems , exploring new reforms for the university physics courses thatintegrate theory with practicality. We focus on academie competitions as a lever to develop new content folability training, transitioning from knowledge dissemination to competency development. starting with outeaching methods, we practice an innovative approach called “ three stages, three steps" to foster students proactive learning abilities. Collaborating between schools and enterprises, we open up new paths for enhancing students’ innovative capabilities through research-based learning.Using the service of our chip industry collegeto cultivate innovative talents as a pilot , we provide referable experiences for exploring the cultivation of newengineering talents.
