摘要 针对传统仓储管理系统对环境监控不足的问题,设计并实现了一种基于物联网与多传感
器数据融合的智能仓储环境监控系统。系统采用“ZigBee + NB-IoT”的混合无线通信架构,通过部署多
节点传感器网络全面采集仓库内的温度、湿度、光照、CO 2 浓度及粉尘浓度等环境参数。在云端,系统引
入一种改进的自适应加权融合算法对多源数据进行优化处理,有效提升了环境数据的准确性与可靠性;
并利用模糊控制算法实现了仓储环境的自主智能调节。测试结果表明,该系统硬件运行稳定,通信链路
可靠,所设计的远程监控平台功能完备,能够实现对仓储环境的精准监测与智能化管理,具有较高的实
用价值。

Abstract: To overcome the limitations of conventional warehouse environmental monitoring,we developed an
intelligentIoT-based monitoring system employing multi-sensor data fusion.The system adopts a hybrid ZigBee/
NB-IoT wireless architecture and a multi-node sensor network to monitor key environmental parameters(e.g.,
temperature,humidity,illuminance,CO 2 levels,an articulate matter concentration). A cloud-based adaptive
weighted fusion algorithm optimizes multi-source data processing,enhancing measurement accuracy and system
reliability.Furthermore,a fuzzy logic-based control algorithm facilitates autonomous environmental regulation.
Experimental results validate the system's stable hardware performance,robust communication links,and full-
featured remote platform,demonstrating its efficacy in precision environmental monitoring and scalable
management.
