基于Multisim 10 半波整流电感滤波仿真实验研究

摘要 

半波整流作为二极管应用之一被广泛应用在教学过程中,但是它对二极管截止状态特性的实验现象却未引起足够的重视。相对于半波整流的阻容滤波而言,电感滤波很少被提及引发学生的求知欲。因此,基于Multisim 10仿真软件实验结果,验证了二极管截止状态具有固定电容的特性,并且分析了滤波电感与负载的比值对滤波效果的影响。

Abstract: 

Half-wave rectifier is widely used in teaching as one of the applications of diodes, but it has not paid enough attention to the experimental phenomena of the cut-off state characteristics of diodes. Compared with the resistance-capacitance filter of half-wave rectifier, inductance filter is seldom mentioned to arouse interesting of students for knowledge. Therefore, based on the experimental results of Multisim 10 simulation software, it is verified that the cut-off state of the diode has the characteristics of fixed capacitance, and the influence of the ratio of filter inductance to load on the filtering effect is analyzed.
