In order to cultivate innovative talents,a research experiment of “preparation and interface effect study of van der Waals heterostructure”was designed.The two-dimensional heterostructure MoS 2 /WTe 2 was prepared by dry transfer method. The heterostructure was characterized by Raman spectroscopy. Photoluminescence spectroscopy was utilized to explore the coupling effect and mechanism of the heterostructure interface. Integrating scientific research with experiment teaching increases the interest and exploration of the experimental content,which is beneficial to enhance students’comprehensive practical ability,innovative thinking,and teamwork consciousness.
