三类型四维度”人才培养模式的探索与实践———以新能源材料与器件专业为例

摘要 

基于当前新工科背景下新能源材料与器件专业人才培养面临的问题,东北电力大学提出“三类型四维度”人才培养模式,是省属高校新工科专业人才培养模式的创新及实践。该人才培养模式实现了分类人才培养,契合新工科教育理念。该培人才养模式实施不但增强了学生社会适应能力、就业竞争力和持续发展能力,而且还把本专业教师的科学研究与专业的授课内容和学生培养有机地结合起来,把完成教育任务、科研任务、生产任务统一于一个过程之中。

Abstract: 

Based on the problems faced by new energy materials and devices talent training under the new engineering background,the “three types and four dimensions”talent training mode has been proposed by Northeast Electric Power University,which is the innovation and practice of the talent training mode of new engineering in provincial colleges and universities. This talent training mode realizes classified cultivation, which is in line with the concept of new engineering education. The implementation of this training mode not only enhances students’social adaptability,employment competitiveness and sustainable development ability, but also organically combines the scientific research with the major teaching and students’cultivation. This talent training mode can also unify the completion of educational tasks,scientific research tasks and production tasks in one process.
