基于二维材料的制备与光学表征的综合性实验设计

摘要 

为了让学生更好地认识二维材料,设计了二维材料的制备与光学表征的综合性实验。实验选取几种典型二维材料为研究对象,通过机械剥离法制备二维样品,利用显微镜探究其基本的层状形貌和稳定性,并通过拉曼光谱研究二维材料层数依赖的拉曼光学特性。将学术前沿与实验教学相融合,增加了实验的探索性和创新性,有利于提升学生的创新精神和综合实践能力。

Abstract: 

In order to give students a better understanding of two-dimensional materials, a comprehensiveexperiment on the preparation and optical characterization of two-dimensional materials was designed.Severatypical two-dimensional materials were selected as the research objects in the experiment.Two-dimensionasamples were prepared by mechanical exfoliation method, and their basic lamellar morphology and stabilitywere explored by optical microscopy. The layer-dependent Raman optical properties of two-dimensional materials were studied by Raman spectroscopy. The integration of academie frontier and experimental teachinginereases the exploratory and innovative nature of experiments, which is conducive to improve studentsinnovative spirit and comprehensive practical ability.
