Abstract College students’summer social practice，as the important part of colleges’second class，has a farreaching influence on the improvement of college students’comprehensive quality． The introduction of the
“Internet +”into the work of university communist youth league is not only the requirement of the reform，but
also a new opportunity for education change．The“Internet+”-based college students’summer social practice
can push the college students’ideological and political work to a broader social platform and make the
students participate in the social practice without the restriction of regions and time so that the second class of
the college communist youth league would play a better role through the overall management and overall
thinking to carry out the exchange and sharing．
