Abstract
As an important part of cultural education in higher vocational colleges, ice and snow culture education, compared with the traditional education mode, shows confusion in three aspects: traditional deposits and modern teaching demands, academic value and market value of ice and snow culture, students' learning habits and atmosphere in higher vocational colleges. Six strategies are developed on how to implement the ice and snow culture education: rational thinking of ice and snow culture to education localization, concept-setting of the ice and snow culture value, accumulation of strengthening ice and snow culture, cohesion of snow cultural organization, the behavior patterns shaping of ice and snow culture, the increase of ice and snow cultural adaptability.
