Abstract In the time of “Internet +”， the combination of Internet， cloud computing， Internet of things and
modern manufacturing industry not only offers college students unprecedented opportunities，but also sets higher
requirements on students’quality and ability．Then how can the college students seize the opportunities and
strengthens their innovation ability? How can the colleges follow the trend of times and start educational
practice reform of innovation and entrepreneurship to improve the quality of the students’employment? The
colleges should make full use of college science and technology park， visual stimulation training center and
technology transfer center，combine them with the resources from the society to construct mass entrepreneurship
and innovation space，which is to provide college students with convenient and open space shared．There is no
doubt that these are important measures to carry out educational practice of college innovation
and entrepreneurship．
