Abstract To compare the X-rays of vitamins B1， B2， B3， B9， B12 and C， and to explore the identification of
the above vitamins by X-ray diffraction．Experiments were carried out using domestic X－ray diffraction ( XRD) ．
The data was processed using MS Modeling software and Sam4wine software． By comparing the above six
vitamins with X-ray diffraction we can see that diffraction intensity from strong to weak order followed by
vitamin C，B2，B3， B9， B12， and B1．Vitamin C has a strong XRD phenomenon．XRD method can be used to
identify vitamins，especially for vitamin C in the quality control of proprietary Chinese medicines．
