Abstract To improve unsafe acts correction effect effectively and improve safety knowledge guidance, the four kinds of safety knowledge deficiencies have been presented based on the causation paths of 24Model. Using the NVivo analysis tools to carry out an empirical research, the six stages of training procedure of unsafe acts correction is built up to make up for safety knowledge loopholes. The research results show that the formation of the "triangle knowledge" learning program which formed by identifying unsafe acts from the perspective of the accident causation and accurately positioning knowledge deficiencies provides a way to make up the safety knowledge deficiencies. The six stages training of unsafe acts highlight the dynamic integrity of safety knowledge promotion, which can be organically combined with the existing job training and education. Additionally, it provides a theoretical reference for the multi-mode development of organizing safety education.
