Abstract The rapid development of mobile Internet has changed the college students' reading behavior, which brings opportunities and challenges to the reading guidance service of university libraries. In order to adapt to the development of the times, the university libraries should take advantage of mobile network and mobile terminals to carry out the reading service, set up guiding courses for reading and promote normalized reading activities to help students improve their reading ability as well as their quality.
