Abstract With the development of project-based teaching method, orientation-based teaching has become popular in vocational teaching. This paper expounds the development process of CNC Turning Process based on the work process from the aspects of work task, teaching design, teaching process, enterprise management and evaluation, and takes the actual needs of the enterprise into consideration of vocational teaching so as to reduce the supply and demand gap between school training and need of corporate jobs. This teaching reform enhances the advantages of graduate employment and subsequent development.
