Abstract The construction and development of college students scientific and technological innovation team is an important way to cultivate innovative talents in colleges and universities. By analyzing the problems existing in the construction and development, this paper points out the implementation methods and practice strategies from the aspects of the sustainability, the role of teachers and the management mechanism of innovation team, which is to provide reference for the team building and cultivation of innovative personnel.
