The working principles of eddy current，photoelectric and Hall sensors are analyzed，the experimental circuit is built，and the speed measurement of different range is carried out．Through the data processing and comparative analysis of the measurement results，students can intuitively understand that the sensitivity and linearity of the same sensor will change when it works in different range．The research can help students better understand the working principle and characteristics of different sensors．
