Abstract
Aiming at the two problems existing in the college physics experiment courses ; the experimentacontent is out of touch with cutting-edge technology and the lack of innovative thinking training. The physics experiment center of Harbin Institute of Technology ( Shenzhen ) took the connection between opticalexperiments and fiber-optic communication technology as the starting point ,improved the teaching method byenriching the course content,improving the assessment method ,combining competition and scientific research. etc., and achieved good results. The students’ learning enthusiasm and initiative have been greatly improved. their innovative thinking ability has been significantly enhanced, and they have achieved excellent results in thecompetitions.
