College physics experiment is an important part of basic teaching in higher education.Introducing physics history in college physics experiments is not only helpful for understanding the principles and laws of physics experiments,but also helpful for patriotism education.We show that introducing physics history and carrying out patriotism education are necessary in college physies experiment teaching.Further, we investigate the methods of patriotism edueation in college physics experiment teaching combined with physies history, as well as the problems that should be avoided.Patriotism education should be carried out timely, appropriately and moderately in college physics experiment teaching,and college physies experiment course should be built into the forefront of patriotism education.
